Notice of General Meeting

A notice of general meeting (the "Notice") is being posted to shareholders today. The Notice convenes a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") requested by First Seagull AS ("FS") to consider resolutions to remove three current directors from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and to appoint two new directors including the Managing Director of FS.

The General Meeting will be held at our head office at Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1JU at 11.00 am (London time) on 2 June 2026. A copy of the Notice will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The Notice is also available on the Company's website at www.headlam.com
