Transfer of Treasury Shares

Headlam Group plc ('Headlam') announces that on 22 July 2013, a total of 1,222 ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employee share scheme allotments, comprising:-

644 ordinary shares at 303.20 pence per share and 578 ordinary shares at 251.00 pence per share

Following the above transfer of treasury stock, Headlam held 1,747,369 ordinary shares as treasury shares.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 83,616,374.
