Total Voting Rights

As at 31 October 2019, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 85,363,743 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), with one voting right per share.  The Company holds 563,418 Ordinary Shares in treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 84,800,325. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
