The Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on July 12, 2018, approved the Buy-back of equity shares of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The shareholders of the Company approved the Buy-back, by way of a Special Resolution, through Postal Ballot (including e-voting), the results of which were announced on August 20, 2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 9(1) of the SEBI (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, we would like to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, August 31, 2018 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of the equity shareholders who shall be eligible to participate in the Buy-back.
