Dear Sirs,
This is to inform you that the Company has, through the letter dated September 7, 2018 (the "Observation Letter"), received final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") on the draft letter of offer filed with SEBI on August 21, 2018 in regard to the Buy-back of Equity Shares of the Company.
Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, the Company has, on September 10, 2018, completed the dispatch of the letter of offer dated September 7, 2018 for the Buy-back to all the equity shareholders I beneficial owners of the Equity Shares as on the Record Date, being August 31, 2018.
You are requested to take note of the following schedule of activities in relation to the Buy-back:
