NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of HC Group Inc. (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 27 March 2020 at 3:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. to consider and approve the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the “ Final Results ”) and approve the draft announcement in respect of the Final Results to be published on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the website of the Company;

2. to consider the payment of final dividend, if any;

3. to consider the closure of the register of members, if necessary; and

4. to transact any other business, if any.
