SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement (the “ Announcement ”) made by HC Group Inc. (the “ Company ”) dated 14 May 2019 in relation to, amongst others, the resignation of Mr. Wong Chi Keung as the non-executive Director with effect from 27 May 2019. Unless otherwise indicated, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Director(s) ”) of the Company wishes to supplement that Mr. Wong Chi Keung has tendered a notice of resignation as the nonexecutive Director due to other work commitments.
