Hazer Group Limited (ASX: HZR) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Hazer Group Limited (‘HZR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of HZR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 September 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST HAZER GROUP LIMITED (ASX:HZR)
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Hazer Group Limited (“Hazer” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: HZR) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities pending an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Monday 13 September 2021 or when the announcement concerning the proposed capital raising is released.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
