Description

Hazer Group Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on Monday, 30 November 2015.

Official quotation of the Company’s ordinary shares will commence at 2:00 pm AEST on Wednesday, 2 December 2015. The Company raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 22 September 2015 (the “Prospectus”) issued by the Company by the issue of 25,000,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
