In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) (a), Hays plc was notified that, on 3 March 2014, James Cullens, a PDMR, cancelled his savings contract under the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme"); in accordance with the Rules of the Scheme, his Sharesave option lapses. Details of the lapsed option are provided below.
