In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company was notified on 25 September 2014 that, on that date, John Faraguna, a PDMR, purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 119.3p per share.
