In accordance with Disclosure Rule and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company was notified that, on 14 October 2013, the following PDMR exercised an option over 3,903 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company under the Hays PLC Savings Related Sharesave Scheme, at an option price of 93.00 pence per share. The resulting shares were retained on exercise.
