In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company hereby notifies you that, on 4 June 2013:

-     a person connected with Sholto Douglas-Home, a PDMR, sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 92.10 pence per share; and

-     Sholto Douglas-Home purchased 4,456 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 92.30 pence per share.
