Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to announce the following PDMR dealings subsequent to completion of the acquisition of Intelligent Resource Management Limited (trading as SaveMoneyCutCarbon or SMCC) and the associated Fundraising, as announced on 12 December 2025.
