Director Change

Haydale, (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces that Ms Laura Redman-Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned as a director of the Company to take up a new role. The Company and Ms Redman-Thomas have agreed that Friday 22 November 2019 will be her last day. Ms Redman-Thomas will remain with the company during her notice period and to ensure an orderly handover.

The Board is putting in place interim internal management changes to ensure appropriate leadership of the finance function and a search for Ms Redman-Thomas' replacement has begun. The Company will provide an update in due course.

Keith Broadbent, Haydale CEO, said: "I'd like to thank Laura for her contribution to Haydale and wish her well in her future."
