Extension of Rights Offer Shortfall Notification Date
Carpentaria Exploration Limited (ACN 095 117 981) (ASX: CAP) ( CAP or the Company ) refers to its prospectus dated 14 September 2016 (the Prospectus ).
The Company advises that it has extended the Shortfall Notification Date under the Prospectus to Tuesday 1 November 2016 , to allow additional time for bank reconciliation in connection with the Rights Offer under the Prospectus.
