Board changes

Carpentaria Resources Limited (ASX:CAP) announces that Mr John Anderson has retired from the Board for personal reasons. Mr Anderson leaves the Board after being appointed in November 2019 as Non-executive Chairman. The Board wishes to express its appreciation of the contributions made by Mr Anderson.

Mr Jon Parker has been appointed as interim Chairman.
