Change to Carpentaria Board

Carpentaria Resources Limited (ASX:CAP) announces that Mr Bin Cai has effective at close of business yesterday resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company to concentrate on other business interests.

On behalf of the Carpentaria Board, Chairman Dr Neil Williams thanked Mr Cai for his contribution to the Company as a director and added that the Board respects his decision to step down and wishes him very well in the future.
