DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Due to personal reasons Stan Macdonald has decided to resign from the Board of Carpentaria Exploration Limited.
Stan was a founder member of the Board and greatly assisted the early team define the company and ultimately list on the ASX in November 2007. Stan has been a valued member of the Board and his input will be missed.
