Requisitioned Meeting by Silvergate Capital Pty Ltd ACN 158 538 580 as trustee for Silvergate Capital Unit Trust (Silvergate)

Carpentaria has received notification that Silvergate wishes to formally withdraw their Requisition Notice and the six resolutions proposed pursuant to the General Meeting requisitioned under section 249D Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) on 16 September 2014.

Carpentaria's 2014 Annual General Meeting will still be held today.
