RE: 2015 International Champions Cup tournament

Further to TLA's announcement of 18 June 2014, the Company notes recent Press speculation in Australia and the UK concerning the hosting of the ICC tournament in the Asia Pacific region next year.

The Company confirms that it is in discussions with the Victoria Government to host the 2015 tournament in Melbourne. A further update will be provided in due course.
