Director's dealing and issue of new shares

TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA) ("TLA" or the "Company"), the athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces the settlement of certain director fees for Bart Campbell ( Chairman) for an aggregate amount of £22,500 to be satisfied by the issue and allotment of 78,040 ordinary shares of 2 pence (at an average price of 28.83 pence per share). Following the issue, Bart Campbell will have a voting interest in 1,438,056 ordinary shares representing 1.64 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.

Application has been made for a total of 78,040 new ordinary shares to be issued and admitted to trading on AIM on 4 November 2013.

Following the admission of these shares, the Company's total ordinary share capital will be 87,659,176 ordinary shares of 2p each.  This figure (87,659,176 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
