Dear Mr. Choudhury,

I wish to tender my resignation from the position oflndependent Director on the Board of Directors of Hawkins Cookers Limited, with effect from 31 March, 2021. I have been having some intermittent health issues and this has resulted in me having difficulty in performing my professional services. I confirm that there are no other material reasons for my resignation other than my health.

I have been on the Company's board since 1991. During this time, I have had the pleasure of interacting with numerous outstanding individuals and wish to thank all of them along with the present Board of Directors. My family and I have had a long and deep relationship with the Vasudeva family. I wish to record my immense gratitude to each member of the Vasudeva family and to the entire team of past and present management and administrative teams who have been extremely professional, helpful and considerate throughout my directorship tenure.
