2. सदर परिपत्रकांच्या अनुसार, एजीएमच्या सूचनेच्या आणि वर्ष 2020-21च्या वार्षिक अहवालाच्या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रती 6 जूलै 2021 पर्यंत मेलने पाठविण्यात येत आहेत. ह्या प्रती कंपनीच्या आणि बीएसईच्या , वैबसाइटवर देखील उपलब्ध असतील. रिमोट ई-वोटिंग किंवा
