SECTION 708A CLEANSING NOTICE

Hawk Resources Limited (ASX: HWK) ( Hawk or the Company ) advises that it has today issued 67,732,350 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ).

Section 708A Cleansing Notice

This notice is given by the Company under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

The Company hereby confirms that:

• (a) it has issued 67,732,350 Shares without disclosure to investors under part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

• (b) the Company is providing this notice under paragraph 5(e) of Section 708A of the Corporations Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice the Company, as disclosing entity under the Corporations Act has complied with:

• (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

• (ii) section 674 and 674A of the Corporation Act as it applies to the Company; and

• (d) as at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in Section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company in accordance with Section 708A(8) of the Corporations Act:
