The issue of securities outlined in this Appendix 2A relates to the placement of shortfall shares from the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) as announced on 16 February 2023. An Appendix 3B is relation to the SPP was also released on 16 February 2023 however at that point in time the amount of shortfall was unknown.
