Alderan Resources Limited (ASX: AL8) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Alderan Resources Limited (‘AL8’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AL8, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 20 September 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ALDERAN RESOURCES LIMITED - REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Alderan Resources Limited (ASX: AL8 ) ( Alderan or the Company ) requests that the securities of the Company be placed into a trading halt with immediate effect.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

1. A trading halt is requested pending the release of information by the Company to the market relating to a material acquisition and associated capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 20 September 2023, or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
