ALDERAN RESOURCES LIMITED - NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001

This notice is given by Alderan Resources Limited (ACN 165 079 201) (ASX: AL8) ( Alderan or the Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).

The Company advises that, as detailed in the Appendix 2A announcement dated 27 July 2022, it has issued 106,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) in Alderan in relation to Tranche 1 of the Placement as announced on 20 July 2022.

The Company gives notice under Section 708A(5)(e) that:

• a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• b) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

  • i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• c) as at the date of this notice there is no ‘excluded information’ required to be disclosed under section 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
