Extension of Option Entitlement Offer Closing Date
Alderan Resources Limited (ASX: AL8) ( Alderan or the Company ) refers to the pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of options on the basis of one (1) new option ( New Option ) for every two (2) fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of $0.001 per Option ( Entitlement Offer ) and the Prospectus announced on 6 September 2022.
The Company advises that the Closing Date of the Entitlement Offer to Eligible Shareholders has been extended by 7 days to 5pm (WST) on Monday, 3 October 2022 .
The Closing Date has been extended to ensure all Eligible Shareholders have an opportunity to participate in the Entitlement Offer, having regard to the delayed mailing process in Australia and New Zealand and the recent announcement of a Public Holiday on Thursday, 22 September 2022, which may impact Eligible Shareholders accessing physical documentation and applying under the Entitlement Offer.
The revised timetable for the Entitlement Offer is set out below:

The Company encourages Eligible Shareholders to download their personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form from the Company’s share registry by following the steps outlined on the following page.
