ALDERAN RESOURCES LIMITED - NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001

This notice is given by Alderan Resources Limited (ACN 165 079 201) (ASX: AL8) ( ‘Alderan’ or the ‘Company’ ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).

Alderan advises that, as detailed in the Application for Quotation of Securities announcement dated today and following the receipt of shareholder approval on 23 September 2021, it has issued the following;

• 80,883,825 fully paid ordinary shares in Alderan in relation to Tranche 2 of the Placement as announced on 2 August 2021; and

• 2,625,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Alderan in relation to Director participation in the Placement as announced on 2 August 2021.

The Company gives notice that:

• a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• b) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

• i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

• ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• c) as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
