ALDERAN RESOURCES LIMITED - NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001

This notice is given by Alderan Resources Limited (ACN 165 079 201) (ASX: AL8) ( ‘Alderan’ or the ‘Company’ ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).

Alderan advises that, as detailed in the Appendix 2A announcement dated today, it has issued 35,294,118 fully paid ordinary shares in Alderan in relation to the Placement announced on 30 November 2020.

The Company gives notice that:

• a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; b) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

  • i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• c) as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
