Request for Voluntary Suspension

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Alderan Resources Limited (“Alderan” or “Company”) requests a voluntary suspension be applied to the Company’s securities. The details of this request are set out below.

Further to Alderan’s request for a voluntary trading halt on Monday, 20 May 2019, the Company is not in a position to make an announcement at this time, and requests a voluntary suspension, pending an announcement on the proposed capital raising as referenced in the Company’s trading halt request.

The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the release of an announcement regarding this capital raising, which is expected to be before the commencement of trading on Friday, 24 May 2019.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this voluntary suspension should not be granted.
