Change of Company Secretary

Hawk Resources Limited (ASX: HWK) ( Hawk or the Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Justin Mouchacca has been appointed Company Secretary, effective 6 January 2026.

Justin is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Governance Institute and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting. He is currently the principal of a chartered accounting firm, which provides outsourced company secretarial and accounting services to public and private companies specialising in the resources, technology, bioscience and biotechnology sectors. Justin has 18 years’ experience in the accounting profession and has extensive experience in relation to public company responsibilities, including ASX and ASIC compliance, implementation of corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, reorganisation of companies and shareholder relations.

Mr Mouchacca will be the person responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters under Listing Rule 12.6.

The Company advises that Ms Nova Taylor has tendered her resignation as company secretary. The Company would like to thank Ms Taylor for her contributions over the last two years and wish her well for the future.
