Resignation of Director
Alderan Resources Limited (ASX: AL8) ( Alderan or the Company ) advises that Mr Frank ‘Bruno’ Hegner has resigned as the Company’s Vice President Operations and as a Director. Mr Hegner has been with the Company since November 2017 and has been instrumental in guiding Alderan’s operations in the USA for the past five years.
The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Hegner for his significant contribution and unwavering commitment to the Company. Mr Hegner has agreed to serve out his 90 day notice period, which commenced today, in his current capacity as VP Operations and Director to assist Alderan in finalising the review of its USA project portfolio.
