Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office
Alderan Resources Limited (ASX: AL8, “Alderan” or “the Company”) wishes to advise that Mathew O’Hara has been appointed as Company Secretary effective today, replacing Brett Tucker. Mr O’Hara has over 16 years experience in corporate finance, accounting and governance and has been employed by and acted as Director, Company Secretary and CFO of several ASX-listed companies in the resources sector. He currently acts as a Non-Executive Director for Carbine Resources Limited and African Gold Limited and is Company Secretary and CFO of Boss Resources Limited.
The Company would like to thank Mr Tucker for his contribution and wish him well for the future.
