Management Changes
Alderan Resources Limited (“Alderan”) (ASX:AL8) is pleased to announce that Peter Williams has been appointed as Managing Director of Alderan, effective from 1 September 2019.
Mr Tom Eadie has been acting as interim Executive Chairman since the Company’s board and management changes in February 2019 and will step down to the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
Mr Williams was appointed as Non-Executive Director in May 2019 and has been assisting with preparation of the Company’s upcoming exploration program at Frisco following a recent visit to site and a comprehensive review of the geophysical data. Mr Williams will be employed under an Executive Services Agreement, with the material terms attached as an Appendix.
Mr Williams has extensive experience acting as a company executive as previously announced (ASX announcement dated 13 May 2019) and has been responsible for the identification and definition of numerous deposits globally.
Company management looks forward to announcing details of a planned exploration program at Frisco in the coming weeks.

The material terms of Mr Williams’s executive services agreement are:-
-
Fixed remuneration : $100,000 p.a. plus superannuation, for between two to three working days per week, subject to periodic board review

Termination : three-month notice period
