Annual General Meeting Date
Hawk Resources (ASX:HWK, OTCID: HAWRF), the Company or Hawk ) advises that it proposes to hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Friday 28 November 2025.
Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations is 5:00pm (AEDT) on 17 October 2025.
The Company notes that the deadline for nominations for the position of Director is separate to voting on Director’s elections. Details of the Directors to be elected will be provided in the Company’s Notice of AGM in due course.
