2017 Technical Review
2017 AGM Presentation
Dr Chris Giles, Technical Director
Major Activities and Achievements in 2017
Many Achievements That Have Set Havilah Up For 2018
- ➢ Portia near mine exploration increased confidence in saprolite gold mineralisation and confirmed primary sulphide gold mineralisation.
- ➢ MOU with Wanbao Mining leading to completion of PFS.
- ➢ North Portia resource infill drilling resource modelling, mine planning and metallurgical studies are following.
- ➢ PACE drilling program Crozier's copper success and potential IOCG setting identified at Bassanio.
- ➢ Supported University research lead to recognition of the Jupiter MT anomaly.
- ➢ Mutooroo progress appointed project manager.
- ➢ Securing all ground over the Grants iron ore basin.

Portia Near Mine Exploration
- ➢ Several successful drilling campaigns total of 242 holes for 17,468 metres aircore and reverse circulation drilling over roughly the last twelve months.
- ➢ Better defined the saprolite bedrock gold mineralisation and continued to confirm patchy high grade gold eg 10m @ 8.62 g/t gold (PTAC492) and 6m @ 34.84 g/t gold (PTAC471).*
- ➢ Gold mineralisation extends to depth, but is closed off in the north and south by the drilling.
- ➢ Havilah's interest restructured to a 15% gold revenue stream.

Kalkaroo PFS and MOU with Wanbao Mining

- ➢ Wanbao is a large and successful offshore Chinese copper and cobalt producer.
- ➢ Under the MOU Wanbao is funding completion of a PFS on Kalkaroo by the end of 2017, with a decision on participation via sole funding of the project two months after that.
- ➢ PFS outcomes thusfar are confirmatory of Havilah's previous work.

North Portia Infill Resource Drilling
- ➢ 7,117m of aircore and reverse circulation drilling (53 holes) over the last two years focussing on the secondary enriched zone above 150 metres depth.
- ➢ Many promising copper-gold intersections eg 15m @ 1.44% copper and 0.55 g/t gold (NPAC 112)*.
- ➢ Results are being incorporated into a new resource model for the secondary gold and copper-gold mineralisation.
- ➢ Preliminary metallurgy is positive and will be confirmed by further test work on drill core.

PACE Supported Exploration Drilling
- ➢ 56 holes for 6,035m of drilling on a number of Benagerie Dome targets.
- ➢ Confirmation of copper skarn discovery at the Croziers prospect (with possible IOCG affinities).
- ➢ Discovered a large ironstone breccia body in the core of the Benagerie Dome at the Bassanio prospect with strong IOCG affinities.

Jupiter MT Anomaly
- ➢ Havilah provided assistance to the University of Adelaide to carry out infill magnetotelluric surveying.
- ➢ The survey results identified signatures known to be associated with IOCG mineralisation at Olympic Dam within Havilah's tenements.
- ➢ Considerable interest and speculation as to what the C2 conductive zone could be indicating.

Grants Iron Ore Basin
- ➢ Secured control over the complete area of the very large fault-controlled Grants iron ore basin.
- ➢ A potentially very large 10 km x 6 km almost flat lying basin containing thick Braemar Iron Formation.
- ➢ First identified by Havilah's drilling in 2012 at the faulted western end where 180 metres true vertical thickness of continuous iron ore mineralisation grading 23% Fe was intersected.

What Does 2018 Hold ?
Plenty Of Excitement And Interest
- ➢ Kalkaroo : Wanbao Mining investment decision following completion of PFS.
- ➢ North Portia : Decision to mine and commencement of overburden removal (subject to results PFS and timely permitting).
- ➢ Portia : Ongoing mining and tailings treatment to generate material revenue stream for Havilah.
- ➢ Mutooroo : Progress on PFS and permitting to allow a mining decision by end 2018.
- ➢ Jupiter MT anomaly exploration follow up.
- ➢ Grants iron ore : Testing the extent of the iron ore basin.
- ➢ Maldorky iron ore : Finalisation of ML.
- ➢ Regional exploration : Croziers and other copper prospects.
- ➢ Likely JV's : To minimise cost burden and to share risk.

Mutooroo Copper-Cobalt Project Work Program
Planned 12 month work program to complete PFS, mine permitting, resource extensions on SA's only JORC cobalt resource.
Initial mining plan:
- ➢ 3.5 Mt to max. 130 m depth.
- ➢ 0.5 Mt / year throughput.
- ➢ 7 year mine life.
- ➢ Potential to increase production by deepening open pit or extending mining along strike.
Exploration upside :
- ➢ Drilling along strike and at depth plus other local prospects.
- ➢ Geophysical methods detailed airborne magnetics and EM

Havilah's Copper Strategy And The Big Picture

Underpinned By The Curnamona Copper Belt
World Class Discovery Potential
- ➢ South Australia's own copper belt.
- ➢ Hosts two major copper deposits Kalkaroo and North Portia and many promising prospects.
- ➢ Huge exploration upside along more than 200km of virtually unexplored strike.
- ➢ Croziers copper prospect is attractive due to minimal overburden and proximity to Kalkaroo.
- ➢ Many other prospects under deeper cover (eg Eurinilla, Lake Charles)
