Havila Shipping ASA: Listing of new shares
Reference is made to Stock Exchange release on 22.03.2017 regarding Capital
increase after debt Conversion.
As per today, 23.03.2017, a total of 69,969,042 new share will be listed at Oslo
Stock Exchange as a result of completion of the transactons.
The number of listed shares increases from 1,207,183,999 to 1,277,153,041
shares, each at par value of NOK 0.01.
