Havila Shipping ASA has today entered into an agreement of contracts with Mærsk for chartering of two modern Platform Supply Vessels. The vessels, of Havyard 832 CD design, will be delivered to charterer during the summer/autumn 2009. The agreement has duration of 5 years firm + 3 x 1 years options. The contract has been entered into on markets terms on this type of long- term contracts. Further, this agreement strengthens the long term relationship between Havila Shipping ASA and Mærsk oil and gas.
