To prepare for implementation of the restructuring, the last day of trading

including the right to receive settlement in accordance with the restructuring

* Havila Shipping ASA Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2011/2017 with ISIN NO

001 060502.5 and ISIN NO 001 060503.3 ("HAVI06/07").

* FRN Havila Shipping ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2012/2016 with ISIN NO

001 065717.4 ("HAVI08")

the last day of trading is today 24 February 2017, and further trading will be

blocked.
