Havila Shipping ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Directors of Havila Shipping ASA hereby gives notice of the Annual
General Meeting.
The meeting will take place on May 28, 2020, at 14 hours, at Havilahuset,
Fosnavåg, Norway.
The Notice will be sent to shareholders, by post to the registered address in
VPS, or by e-mail through VPS.
