On October 30, 2019, Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its results of operations for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1. The attached Exhibit 99.1 is not filed but is furnished to comply with Regulation FD.
