Annual accounts 2020

Please find attached the annual accounts for 2020, which have today been approved by the board. Attached is also a company presentation with status of the HAV group.

Reference is also made to the annual report for Havyard Group ASA 2020, which has been published today, and which includes relevant subsidiaries that were transferred to HAV Group ASA in 2021.
