Reference is made to Havyard Group ASA's ("Havyard") stock exchange announcement on 13 June 2022 regarding an extraordinary general meeting at which Havyard decided to distribute extraordinary dividends in kind in the form of total 10,000,000 shares in HAV Group ASA (the “HAV-shares”).

Pål Aurvåg, CFO and primary insider of HAV Group ASA, has on 28 June 2022 received 2,985 HAV-shares as dividend at a price of NOK 14,06 per share.

After receipt of the dividend, Pål Aurvåg holds 23,115 shares in HAV Group ASA.
