Annual General Meeting held – new composition of the board

The Annual General Meeting in HAV Group ASA was held on 27 May 2021.

All items on the agenda were approved in accordance with the Board's proposals in the notice, including Tore Hopen and Vibeke Fængsrud as new board members. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 20 May 2021 regarding CV for the new members.
