Obtained unanimous agreement from the banks on the waiver of the bank ratios at the end of June 2023
As previously disclosed in our financial communications, Haulotte Group has submitted, on 27 April 2023, a new request for the waiver of early Financing repayment, due to non-compliance with the bank ratios at the end of June 2023.
Haulotte Group announces that it has obtained the unanimous approval of all lenders dated 23 May, 2023.
