CLEANSING NOTICE

Hastings Technology Metals Ltd gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 304,857,632 shares as set out in the Appendix 2A dated 2 March 2021.

The Company issued 301,052,632 Shares at $0.19 per share in a placement as outlined in ASX announcement and Appendix 3B dated 18 February 2021. In addition, the Company issued 3,805,000 shares in relation to vested performance rights as outlined in the Appendix 2A dated 2 March 2021. These issues were made without disclosure, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
