Share Purchase Plan
Hastings Technology Metals Ltd (ASX Code:HAS) advises that the Share Purchase Plan to raise $5 million, which was fully underwritten, closed on 29 June 2017.
Shareholders subscribed for 7,092,991 shares. The balance of the shares, being 51,465,544 will be placed by the underwriters.
The allotment date was 29 June 2017 and holding statements will be dispatched on 30 June 2017.
The Directors take this opportunity to thank shareholders for their ongoing support and interest in the Company.
