COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF HASTINGS RARE METALS PTY LTD
The Directors of Augustus Minerals Limited (to be renamed Hastings Rare Metals Ltd ) are pleased to advise that the acquisition of the Hastings Rare Metal and Heavy Rare Earths Project as announced to the ASX on 7 December 2010 and approved by shareholders on 4 March 2011 has now been completed.
